Website Privacy Policy
This policy covers the si-world.online website (the “Site”) only. The Agent Task Manager product, including purchases and license records, is covered by the product Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by si-world (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent software studio. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We keep the Site deliberately simple. We do not require an account to browse it.
- Technical data processed by our providers. Our hosting provider, GitHub Pages, and our CDN and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as your IP address, requested URL, user agent, referrer and timestamps in server logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
- Contact information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, including any attachments you choose to send.
- Purchase information (product site). If you follow a link to the product site and purchase a license, our payment partner Creem processes the payment. We receive order details such as your email address, order number, Device Code and purchase status. We never receive or store your full card details. This processing is described in the product Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics products or social media trackers on the Site. We do not run Google Analytics or similar tools.
GitHub Pages and Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies or process request logs as part of delivering and protecting the Site. Those providers control their own cookies and logging. Please refer to the GitHub Privacy Statement and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
4. How we use information
- To operate, deliver and secure the Site;
- To respond to your questions and support requests;
- To understand and fix technical problems reported to us;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed with:
- Infrastructure providers — GitHub Pages and Cloudflare, for hosting, delivery and security;
- Email providers — to receive and respond to support messages;
- Payment and licensing providers — Creem and related services, when you purchase a product;
- Authorities — when required by applicable law, regulation or legal process.
6. Retention
Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a reasonable record of support history. Server logs are retained by our providers according to their own policies. Purchase and license records are retained as described in the product Privacy Policy, including for license recovery and legal compliance.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected].
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deleting purchase or license records may limit our ability to re-issue a license or provide related support. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required by law, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for such processing.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
