Website Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the si-world.online website (the “Site”). They do not replace the terms that apply to a product purchase. Purchases of Agent Task Manager are governed by the product Terms of Service and the checkout terms presented by Creem.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The Site
The Site provides information about si-world and its products. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or error.
3. Products, prices and purchases
- Product descriptions, screenshots and feature lists on the Site are provided for information. The product documentation and the terms presented at checkout control in the event of a conflict.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, trials, availability and features may change. Taxes may apply and are handled through the checkout process.
- Purchases are processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record. Refund, license recovery and trial terms are set out in the product Terms of Service.
- The Agent Task Manager software is distributed under the MIT License. License keys, trial services and delegated-device services are separate services governed by the product Terms of Service.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to si-world and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
“si-world” and the si-world logo are our marks. Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the availability, integrity or security of the Site;
- use automated means to scrape or harvest content in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including GitHub, Cloudflare, Creem and product documentation. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
Product warranties and disclaimers are set out in the product Terms of Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, si-world will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before pursuing any formal dispute, please contact us at [email protected] — we will try to resolve the matter amicably first. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
